this is a Launchy skin I made. Its like the Royale Taskbar by noroom but for vista.

**EDIT**
Instructions:
Install Skin: Extract the folder "Vista Taskbar" from the zip to "C:\Program Files\Launchy\Skins".

Restart Launchy


Right click Launchy -> Advanced Options
Tick the "Always on Top" checkbox and click OK.

decompress the folder in the zip file to C:\Program Files\Launchy\Skins

eg. so that "zip>VistaTaskbar/default.png" will be "C:\Program Files\Launchy\Skins\VistaTaskbar\default.png"

then restart launchy. and right click it, skins and it should be in there. :)

I'm not Completely sure what you mean but anyways...
Open my images in Photoshop /GIMP
then make the backgrond image transparent

(I think that the clickable bits in Launchy cannot be semi-transparent/transparent)

I hope it makes it, because it does not work with launchy 2.0 which came out not long ago :

Soon I will make an updated version that works in Launchy 2.0.
